Booking & Reservations
Q: How do I book a hotel through BTravelMate?

A: Simply send us your preferred hotel and travel dates. We will then create a hotel booking form for you. An account will be automatically generated, and you'll receive your login details via email. Once you log in and sign the secure hotel booking form, your reservation is confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and you can also view your booking anytime by logging into your account. Once you sign the hotel booking form, you will also have the option to download a copy of the signed form directly from your account.

Q: Can I book multiple rooms for my team or company?

A: Yes! You can request multiple rooms in one booking. Just specify the number of rooms and any special requirements in the booking form

Q: How do I know my booking is confirmed?

A: Once you sign the hotel booking form online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your reservation details.

Payments & Charges
Q: When do I need to pay for my booking?

A: Payment is not required until the deadline mentioned in your booking form. You will not be charged before that date unless otherwise agreed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit card payments via invoicing, direct bank transfers, and virtual terminal payments for corporate clients. PayPal is also available as a secure and convenient payment option.

Q: Will I receive an invoice?

A: Yes, a detailed invoice will be sent to your email once your booking is confirmed.

Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I modify or cancel my booking after signing?

A: Yes, changes or cancellations are possible up until the deadline stated in your booking confirmation. Please contact us early to avoid penalties.

Q: What happens if I need to change the guest names or number of rooms?

A: No problem — just email us or contact us by phone, and we’ll assist you with the changes as quickly as possible.

Account & Support
Q: How do I log into my BTravelMate account?

A: Once your first booking form is created, you’ll receive an email with login details and a temporary password. You can change your password anytime after signing in.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?

A: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it. If you need help, feel free to contact our support team.
